Paxton
LEAD AUDIOLOGIST
Paxton is the owner of, and lead audiologist at, Oliver’s Audiology Professionals. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota before continuing her education at the University of Kansas where she completed her Clinical Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.). Having trained in both private practice and hospital settings, Paxton has had the opportunity to gain significant diagnostic experience. One such experience was a year-long externship at the American Institute of Balance which is recognized for its award-winning clinical protocols and trains vestibular providers around the world.
Paxton is passionate about providing patient-centred, comprehensive care to those with hearing and balance concerns. After practicing for a few years in Toronto, she moved back home to Winnipeg in order to fulfill the need for these services in her community. She is driven to improve accessibility to high-quality assessments for concerns of dizziness, imbalance, and hearing loss.
When she isn’t caring for patients, Paxton enjoys her vegetable garden, learning how to watercolour paint (it’s a work in progress), and spending time with family now that she’s back in her hometown. -
